Shipping policy
We ship all orders within the United States using USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible. However, all orders are subject to a 1–4 business day processing time before shipment. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping is a flat rate of $7.95 for all U.S. orders under $100 (before tax).
- Shipping is FREE on U.S. orders of $100 or more before tax.
Please note that processing and shipping times may be longer during weekends, holidays, sales, or periods of high order volume.
Local Pickup is also available at checkout. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email with pickup instructions. Please wait until you receive your pickup notification before arriving.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed. Any approved order cancellations will receive store credit only, as Oak Society Boutique does not offer refunds.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Oak Society Boutique is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged after they have been accepted by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We are also not responsible for returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery.
