Refund policy

If for any reason your purchase isn't quite right, we're happy to offer store credit within 14 days of delivery.

All returns must be initiated through our Return Portal, regardless of whether you purchased Redo Free Returns at checkout.

  • If you purchased Redo Free Returns: Eligible returns can be processed for store credit with a prepaid return shipping label at no additional cost.
  • If you did not purchase Redo Free Returns: You can still submit your return through the Return Portal. Once your return is approved, you'll be responsible for purchasing your own return shipping label and mailing your package to:

App Orders | Seel Returns

All returns for purchases made through the Oak Society Boutique app must be initiated through our 

  • Eligible items may be returned for store credit within 14 days of delivery.

  • All app returns must be initiated through the Seel Return Portal.

  • Customers have 7 days after submitting their return request to ship their return.

  • Approved returns are issued as store credit.

  • Return shipping costs and any applicable protection benefits are determined by the options selected at checkout and Seel's terms.

Website purchases must be returned through Redo, and app purchases must be returned through Seel.

Return Requirements

All eligible returns must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached.

  • Items must be free of stains, odors, makeup, pet hair, or any other signs of wear.

  • Sale items, gift cards, and final sale merchandise are not eligible for standard returns.

  • All approved standard returns are issued as store credit only. We do not offer exchanges.
