Refund policy

If for any reason your purchase isn't quite right, we're happy to offer store credit within 14 days of delivery.

All returns must be initiated through our Return Portal, regardless of whether you purchased Redo Free Returns at checkout.

• If you purchased Redo Free Returns: Eligible returns can be processed for store credit with a prepaid return shipping label at no additional cost.
• If you did not purchase Redo Free Returns: You can still submit your return through the Return Portal. Once your return is approved, you'll be responsible for purchasing your own return shipping label and mailing your package to:

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and free of stains, odors, makeup, pet hair, or any other signs of wear.

Sale items, gift cards, and final sale merchandise are not eligible for return.

Oak Society Boutique reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet the above return requirements.
